in memory of Battalion Chief Richard "Dickie" Dwyer. Chief Dwyer served in the 4th Battalion.

In 2023, The Fire Foundation was proud to award five scholarships to children of Jersey City Firefighters

entering college. Thank you to the Dwyer Family for your support and assistance which will enable us to

award an additional scholarship in 2024.
