The Jersey City Fire Foundation would like to thank Norfolk Southern Railroad, Norfolk Southern Police Department, and our partners at Norfolk Southern’s Croxton Intermodal Terminal for their generous donation of two (2) Frontline 500 Vapor Total Encapsulating Suits for our HAZMAT Unit. Thank you for your generosity and commitment to the safety of our firefighters and residents.

The Jersey City Fire Foundation would like to thank our generous donors that have assisted us with the purchase of two forcible entry training doors from Firehouse Innovations LI, Inc.

These doors were placed at the quarters of Engine Co. 17, Ladder Co.11, Mask Service Unit, Safety Battalion on West Side and at the quarters of Engine Co. 7, Engine Co. 18, Ladder Co. 3, Battalion 3 in the Heights. Keeping our firefighters trained in forcible entry techniques will assist them in gaining entry to buildings quickly and efficiently to extinguish the fire.

The Jersey City Fire Foundation is proud to team up with the Dwyer Family to honor and name a scholarship

in memory of Battalion Chief Richard "Dickie" Dwyer. Chief Dwyer served in the 4th Battalion.

Please join us at O'Leary's on May 11th, 2024 at 4:00 pm to support the

Jersey City Fire Foundation "Dickie" Dwyer Scholarship Fundraiser.

In 2023, The Fire Foundation was proud to award five scholarships to children of Jersey City Firefighters entering college. Thank you to the Dwyer Family for your support and assistance which will enable us to award an additional scholarship in 2024.
